Bad Moon (1996) was filmed in Anmore, British Columbia, in the northeast Greater Vancouver area. The house featured in the film is located about 2 miles south of Buntzen Lake, where countless movies have been filmed including Freddy Vs Jason (2003), Lake Placid (1999), Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007), It (1990), Devour (2005), The People Across The Lake (1988), and more. I can't find anything to verify this, but I imagine the scenes in Bad Moon where Uncle Ted's trailer is by the lake were filmed at Buntzen Lake as well.

The Collector (2009) was filmed in Louisiana. The large house where the Chase family lives is located in Mansfield. However, only the exteriors of this location were used. The interiors were filmed at a house in Shreveport, nearly 40 miles away. The basement scenes were filmed at a separate location, which was a law office also located in Shreveport.

Sara's house from Shark Night 3D (2011) was located on Caddo Lake in Mooringsport, Louisiana, right on the Texas border. Filming took place here in September and October of 2010. Even though the exterior of the house in the film looks to have a second floor, it appears that this was constructed solely for the movie.

Mother's Day (1980)

Mother’s Day (1980) was filmed in New Jersey at the same time as Friday The 13^th (1980). The two films were shot in very close proximity to each other.

The lake in the movie is Fairview Lake in Stillwater, New Jersey. The movie was shot near a local YMCA camp. The house was located somewhere in this area, but it is unknown whether or not the house is still standing.

Robbins Store & Middleville Post Office

The store where the girls stop is Robbins General Store in Middleville, New Jersey, which also houses the Middleville Post Office. The Post Office is still functioning but the General Store is closed.

In the movie The Fear (1995), the uncle of the main character owns a Christmas themed amusement park.

Santa's Village

These scenes were filmed at an actual theme park known as Santa's Village in Skyforest, California. Santa's Village was also featured in the made-for-TV movie Like Father, Like Santa (1998).

A series of three short Christmas films were also shot there in the 1960s: Santa's Enchanted Village (1964), Santa Claus And His Helpers (1964), and Santa's Magic Kingdom (1966).

Santa's Village opened in 1955 and closed its doors in 1998. It now serves as a lumber yard, and the former parking lot is filled with logs. Even though the place has been closed for over a decade, most of the buildings and the monorails are still standing, nestled in the tress just off the highway. Glimpses of it can be seen from the highway.
