The Phi Epsilon Nu fraternity house in the film is known as
the Johnson mansion, and in 1929 it was purchased for use as a fraternity on the
Rutgers University
campus. It was the Delta Phi house at
the time the movie was filmed there, but in 2002 it became the Sigma Phi
Epsilon house, and then the Phi Sigma Sigma house in 2010.

Just like in the film, Wendy’s sorority house was located
across the street at 26 Union
Street. It had been the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity
since 1947, but in 1992 the house burned to the ground. Arson was suspected, but no one was ever
caught.
I just rewatched this movie for the first time earlier this year. It's not bad. I also just found out a friend of mine was roommates in college with one of the stars of the movie! So much Pledge Night happening this year! It's in the air!
