American Horror House (2012), the latest SyFy Channel original movie, was filmed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The movie was filmed in April of this year, and premiered on the SyFy Channel last Saturday night. The house used as the sorority house in the film is just a short distance off Interstate 10. But here is where things get confusing: while the movie was being filmed, it was posted on the site OnLocationVacations under the title House Of Horrors (even though an article posted on DreadCentral at the time gives the title American Horror House). But it turns out there is currently another film called House Of Horror (2013) being filmed right now in Baton Rouge, and a few sites even list it as being filmed at the same address!
The newer film is produced by James Wan, who directed Saw (2004) and Insidious (2010). It is most likely that somebody got confused and listed the wrong address for this film. I guess we will see when the movie is released next year. Either way, it's an interesting coincidence. But the coordinates given below are absolutely the "house of horror" from SyFy Channel's American Horror House.
