Holloway Sanatorium in England served as Doddsville High School in the movie Slaughter High (1986). The Sanatorium closed its doors in December 1980, and was abandoned and heavily vandalized by the time the movie was filmed there. Renovations began in 1994, and in 2000 it became townhouses. The building was also used in a few episodes of the TV series Inspector Morse (1987) and the mini-series Jack The Ripper (1988). Several music videos have filmed there, including: "Forever Young" by Alphaville, "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" by Bonnie Tyler, "Bark At The Moon" by Ozzy Osbourne, and "Charlotte Sometimes" by The Cure.
